Information for Regeneron ISEF Attendees

Regeneron ISEF 2026 will take place in Phoenix, Arizona at the Phoenix Convention Center from May 9-15, 2026.

Regeneron ISEF 2026 will be an in-person event with all finalists competing in-person. The in-person event will be complemented by a virtual site where finalist will share their project materials.

All Attendees

  • Final Infraction List:听. All finalists on the infraction list must report to the Finalist Hall and correct their infractions by 8:30 AM. The Finalist Hall will open at 7 AM.
  • :听The preliminary program includes major events at Regeneron ISEF. The 2026 Preliminary Program can be accessed at the link above and will be updated throughout the spring.
  • : The schedule of the ISEF Event week. Includes dates, times, and locations for the entire event week.
  • 2026 ISEF Symposia: The is now available.
  • AP Testing: The requirements of College Board regarding AP exams require testing at your own school and disallow the 快播视频 from managing AP exams for participants. Please work with your AP coordinator to arrange for late testing.

Finalists

  • : All finalists must complete the Regeneron ISEF Finalist Questionnaire to register for Regeneron ISEF.
  • : A listing of Regeneron ISEF 2026 projects. Projects shown on this site have been assigned a Booth ID.
  • : All finalists are required to complete a virtual booth in addition to their physical display. The Project Material Guidelines list out the requirements for the virtual booth and provide guidance for the physical display.
  • :听All finalists should follow the ISEF Display & Safety Rules and when creating their ISEF Project Materials.
  • Display boards: Tri-fold boards are available for purchase on-site: Boards will be available for purchase at the Regeneron ISEF Store on Sunday, May 10, and Monday, May 11. Tri-fold boards will measure 48鈥� by 48鈥� in total, with the folds measuring 12鈥� and the center panel measuring 24鈥�. Header boards are 9鈥� by 35鈥�. Tri-fold boards will cost $10, and header boards will cost $5.
  • Category Networking Sessions Schedule: The full of Category Networking Sessions including locations and times. This schedule will be posted closer to the ISEF Event Week.
  • Project Shipping: Unfortunately, no shipping vendor has provided the 快播视频 with the ability to hold packages ahead of the ISEF Event Week in Phoenix for free. The 快播视频 will not be providing fairs with an official ISEF shipping label. The UPS Store located within the Phoenix Convention Center has offered to hold packages for a fee. Attendees interested in shipping their projects and having their projects held at the Phoenix Convention Center should contact that UPS store directly and fill out .
